Back to the balloon fiesta at dawn, but no mass take off.

You really have to hunt to find a whiny Bristolian. Only two test flights this morning and a downpour and people are still smiling.

A lady, completely soaked by the rain was looking for where she parked her car. We said we thought the car park was just behind some trees but we knew for a fact that the best donuts in the world were just ahead. She said, “Well in which ever outcome, in 10 minutes I’m going to be very happy.” What the hell are they putting in the water here?
